Types of Group Therapy?

Elementary School Social Skills Groups:
Offered to children in the 2nd through 5th-grade, this group utilizes both competitive and cooperative gameplay to promote and develop interpersonal skills, self-regulation, and challenge executive functioning.

Middle to High School Group:
Children 6th grade to 9th grade learn how to play cooperatively in group child-centered play therapy sessions. Building healthy leadership skills and making decisions as a group is a focus during sessions.

High school Groups:
Adolescents are engaged in a supportive environment that allows them to fully express themselves and be accepted by peers.

Role playing Groups:
Involve using D&D and other role playing games to allow leadership and collaboration opportunities in a low pressure fun environment.

Adult Groups:
Active group online and in person! Offering a place for young adults to strengthen healthy peer relationships. Group members may be struggling with, Autism Spectrum, and Social Anxiety issues.
